RETURNS: Items can be returned ONLY IF they're unplayed and in their original packaging within one week from the date the item was received. All items shipped from Buckeye Trading Inc have security labels placed on them before they ship out to assure they are NEW and UNUSED items.

WARRANTY: All harmonicas and ukulele warranty work must be done through the instrumemnts manufacturer.

HERING HARMONICAS: At this time we are currently closing out all Hering harmonicas and accessories. We cannot offer returns on these items or offer warranty information on them. They are sold AS IS and again we WILL NOT accept returns on these items.
